Using my Vision Benefit is easy! Once you’re you enroll, all you need to do is three easy steps:
- Create an account on VSP.com and review your personalized plan details and eligibility
- Find an in-network doctor conveniently located near you
- Schedule your appointment. That’s it!
No ID card is required. If you’d prefer to create a card, you can go to vsp.com and login to your account and print a card.
Each VSP plan provides access to a yearly eye exam that is more than just a vision screening. All VSP network doctors perform a Well Vision Exam, which is a comprehensive eye exam that not only evaluate you vision, but also check for signs of serious health conditions that can be detected through the retina like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, some cancers, autoimmune disorders, thyroid issues.
Whether you like classic or sporty frames, VSP can help you find your perfect pair at a price that will make you happy. A frame allowance is the amount covered by your insurance and VSP members get an EXTRA $20 to spend on top of their frame allowance when they choose a feature frame brand.
